Striving to be the best that you can be is a healthy way of being. Working hard to become the best version of yourself should be everyone's goal in life. Whether it is your goal to be smarter, faster, and stronger or just the best at what you do. Working every moment to attain that goal is one of the best things you can do with your time, on this floating rock we call home.
No matter who you are, or where you are there is always more room to grow. Always some way to become better. It is important to constantly re-evaluate yourself, your actions, and the environment you surround yourself with to make sure that you are accounting for your inefficiencies, and to keep yourself from falling behind the goals that you set.
Unfortunately it is easy to get used to the effort you put in to your future, and forget each day to push yourself just a little more, a little harder towards that maximum effort level. Much like in training you start out with your best, but it is nothing compared to your best tomorrow. Every day you train, you gain more to invest the next. As long as you are constantly encroaching the line of you full potential, that potential will grow.
Don’t limit yourself to "good enough" be the unlimited you! Every second, of every minute, of every day, is an opportunity to grow. Don’t miss out, And If you find yourself as the most advanced person in the room, you are standing in the wrong room.
As one of my good friends says. No matter the level you are at. It is always a good idea to remain a student of the game.
No matter the goal, face it, and always move forward.
