Sam Pappas has been in the gym industry for over 20 years. Over that time he has educated himself on the inner workings of the human body, and the human mind. He believes that by learning to train your mind to become mission focused, you can overcome anything that impedes your path to your desired outcome.

Become a member today, and get to know Sam. He is dedicated to the journey of anyone that he has the pleasure of meeting, and has a knack for helping to get your mind wrapped around the gym, and all that is included in reaching your goals. No goal is too big, or too small, and anyone can find there way with a little help from someone who has been there.

Personal Trainer

Tony Langella is an ISSA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, specializing in Strength and Conditioning and Sports Nutrition. His passions are body building, participating in individual and team sports, being active outdoors in God's glorious creation, and most importantly helping people to lead more healthy and fitness oriented lifestyles. 

Tony was extremely blessed to have a father who trained him from a very young age. He started training Tony with body weight exercises and calisthenics at age 7. This helped him build a strong foundation for sports and outdoor recreation, as well as helping him to learn self-discipline, will power, patience, and perseverance. All of which has benefited him tremendously in his life.

It is this knowledge and experience that he wants to share with you, so you can lead a more healthy life and pass this new knowledge and experience onto they too can benefit. Pay it forward!
