Phase 1: Fundamentals is the first phase of Forge Fitness’s Small Group Training curriculum. This phase is intentionally structured more like a class than traditional personal training — focused on teaching proper movement, body control, and foundational strength. Over six weeks, you’ll learn how to stretch, foam roll, and train correctly while improving core strength, balance, and overall movement quality. The goal isn’t to crush you — it’s to build the skills your body needs before progressing to harder training phases.
